Jeremy Skule

Jeremy Skule December 2015Jeremy Skule is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Nasdaq. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s Global Marketing, Corporate Communications, Social Media and Social Responsibility as well as Digital and Design functions. Mr. Skule brings more than 20 years of global brand building experience including a special emphasis on reputation/issue management, integrated business marketing, strategic communications and investor relations. 

In 2012, Mr. Skule joined Nasdaq from UBS, where he led Marketing and Communications for the Wealth Management business. Prior to UBS, Mr. Skule was the Chief Communications Officer at MF Global where he led marketing, communications, business and financial media relations, internal communications as well as analyst relations.

Prior to joining MF Global, Mr. Skule led the financial services practice at Fleishman-Hillard, a division of Omnicom, the world’s largest marketing, advertising and public relations firm. He was responsible for enhancing the reputation and maximizing the valuation for a range of the firm’s Fortune 100 clients. Mr. Skule’s career has spanned senior communications positions and marketing leadership roles in Washington, DC and New York. He has also handled crisis communications for a variety companies across technology, financial services, insurance and healthcare sectors.

Mr. Skule received an MBA from George Washington University and a BA from Dickinson College.
