Bob McCooey is responsible for Relationship Management with Nasdaq’s 3,400 listed companies. Previously, Mr. McCooey ran New Listings and the Capital Markets Group at Nasdaq. In this role, Mr. McCooey managed Nasdaq’s new listings efforts domestically, in the Americas and throughout the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Nasdaq in 2006, Mr. McCooey founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Griswold Company, a brokerage firm, from 1988 until 2006. He was a member of the New York Stock Exchange Board of Executives from 2003-2006. Mr. McCooey served on the NYSE’s Group Market Performance Committee, was chairman of the NYSE’s Technology and Planning Oversight Committee and served on the Boards of the NYSE Foundation, the Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC) and the Committee for Review, part of NYSE Regulation. He is a member of the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP). Mr. McCooey is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.

Rachel is responsible for leading business development efforts for Texas and Oklahoma listings across all sectors- with a heavy focus on the energy strategy for the NASDAQ Market. Prior to NASDAQ, Racz worked with TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company and was responsible for the South Texas and Oklahoma Well-Log Data business development. Racz completed her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Global Business from the University of Houston. She currently volunteers with Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo's Poultry Auction and Mutton Bustin’ Committee’s, is a Shepherd and Volunteer at Yellowstone Academy, and a Strong supporter of the U.S. Armed forces and veteran organizations.

Rich joined Nasdaq in 2013 as part of the acquisition of Thomson Reuters Corporate Services. Prior to this, Rich worked with Thomson Reuters for 7 years. In his current role, Rich is a senior member within the Advisory Services division specializing in the Utility, Oil & Gas and MLP sectors. He is responsible for servicing key accounts, fostering strong client relations across Nasdaq’s customer base, analyzing and conveying key sector trends and identifying new commercial opportunities. Given the breadth of his expertise in the Energy space, he has been a keynote speaker at a variety of Energy forums and contributed to thought leadership that has garnered the attention of media outlets, such as Bloomberg and Investor’s Business Daily. Rich holds a B.B.A in International Business from George Washington University.

For the last six years at Nasdaq, Autumn’s core focus has been fostering and expanding the relationships with current clients while ensuring prospective companies and IPOs have a deep understanding of Nasdaq Corporate Solutions offerings spanning from Investor Relations, Public Relations and Governance. Autumn is a graduate from Texas A&M University with a BA in Marketing. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute, Women’s Initiative at Nasdaq (WIN), IPAA and Women in Energy. Autumn currently serves on the board of the Houston NIRI Chapter and was the SW NIRI Conference Chair for 2015, centered on the LifeCycle Concept of a Public Company. The last 2 years Autumn has had the pleasure of being a judge for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year program for the Gulf Coast Region. For four years, she wrote monthly articles that were published in several industry magazines such as Oil and Gas Investor and Midstream Business. She is currently a regular guest in the general media circuit, including live broadcast TV interviews commenting on the energy markets on CNBC and Bloomberg. She is also frequently quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, CNNMoney, among others, and serves as an occasional guest columnist on CNBC.com. She holds a BA in Political Science from Barnard College of Columbia University.

Rick Beaman is Vice President of Nasdaq and Head of the Nasdaq Futures Exchange (NFX), and Client and Broker Relations for U.S. Commodities. Based in Houston, TX, Mr. Beaman oversees all business activities for NFX and Client and Broker relations for U.S. Commodities. Mr. Beaman joined Nasdaq in May 2010 and has been involved in the Exchange, Clearing, Product Development and Brokering of Energy Markets for more than 15 years. Rick is also a 10-year veteran of the U.S. Navy.
