STEVE OH, Head of ETF Listings and Business Development
Steve recently joined Nasdaq to help Paul run the ETF listings business at Nasdaq as well as develop other ETF-related opportunities within the company. Steve has 20 years experience in the ETF industry in both asset management and trading.
ED COUGHLIN, Trading Services
Ed has over 30 years of experience in the securities industry and securities-related matters. He currently oversees the Nasdaq trading desk where he is responsible for the operational day to day activities. In addition, Ed represents Nasdaq on the industry’s LULD committee and is involved with market structure initiatives to improve auctions and reduce the risks associated with automated trading.
BEN HASKELL, ETP and Options Listing Regulation
Ben oversees the listing and regulation of ETFs and other Nasdaq-listed exchange-traded products as well as its six U.S. options markets. He has been at Nasdaq since 2003 and has had many roles within the Listing Qualifications department.
JONATHAN CAYNE, Office of General Counsel
Jonathan joined Nasdaq in 2004 and is the Legal Relationship Manager for exchange-traded products. In this capacity, he oversees all legal matters involving ETPS. He works closely with staff of the SEC, the internal ETP business unit leaders, the listing qualifications group, and issuers going through the 19b-4 process.
CARLOS PELAEZ, ETF Product Specialist
Carlos is responsible for leading initiatives and assisting Paul and Steve with ETF listings and business development.
PHIL MACKINTOSH, Global Head of Economic Research
Phil has 28 years of experience in the Finance industry, including roles on the sell-side, buy-side and at accounting firms, which included managing trading, research and risk teams. He is an expert in index construction and ETF trading and has published extensive research on trading, ETFs and market structure.
MICHELLE TAVORA, Marketing
Michelle brings more than 20 years of financial marketing experience to the Nasdaq Marketing team and covers strategy and content development, brand management, campaign execution, event marketing, and social messaging.
