Listing at Nasdaq Stockholm: What does an Exchange Auditor Review mean for a company?

Nasdaq offers training on the listing process for the Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market. The purpose of the training is to provide valuable insight and prepare companies for this potential next step on their growth journey, and to increase transparency and predictability for companies aiming to start a listing process.

In a listing process for the Main Market, Nasdaq appoints an experienced auditor (exchange auditor) from one of the major auditing firms to review the company. The review results in a report and a  recommendation for the listing approval decision. This training explains the scope of the review and how the review is conducted. Each training session is provided by one of the exchange auditors engaged by Nasdaq Stockholm.

The training is aimed for board members and senior management of companies currently listed on Nasdaq First North and Nasdaq First North Premier, and companies in process to be listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market.
