Nasdaq Boardvantage® wins 2018 International Best in Biz Awards for Excellence in Customer Service

Nasdaq Boardvantage, a SaaS-based solution that offers enhanced governance and collaboration services for boards, committees, and senior leadership, has been recognized for excellence in customer service by the 2018 International Best in Biz Awards, winning the “Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year” category for medium and large cap companies.

Nasdaq Boardvantage was recognized out of a field of more than 300 public and private companies from 35 countries. Winners in the 6th annual Best in Biz Awards program were determined based on scoring from an independent panel of judges, comprising journalists from top-tier publications and media outlets from 12 countries.

  • Average speed to answer in-bound calls: 10 seconds
